How Does It Work?
We have a call with your CEO to align on goals and determine which attributes you want to foster most within your team - innovation, communication, leadership, or trust. Our senior coaching staff will then devise a custom itinerary which uses the African landscape to tackle personal and team challenges that await 21st century, forward-thinking leaders.
When you arrive, our team will be waiting to take you to your first destination. We provide you with pre-loaded SIM cards for essential communications, but encourage you to disconnect as much as possible during the retreat. Note that bush camps and some safari locations have no connectivity.
Our camps are luxurious, but simple and eco-positive, so as not to interfere, distract or detract from nature or the wildlife in any way. This way, you’re guaranteed the truest all-African immersive experience. We also provide a range of comfortable lodges and villas to choose from, if your team doesn’t fancy camping.
We will help push you and your team into uncomfortable spaces in order to expand, grow and evolve as leaders of your company. Both nature and our team will be your guides, helping you tackle real-world business challenges in the most challenging environments imaginable.
